It will help you to forget about your anger. Also, one should start playing musical instrument like guitar, piano, etc.

Writing down your feelings / expressions is proven to be the most effective way. It is one of the best tools to express your emotions. You can write whatever you feel and let your thoughts flow freely. It will help you to figure out your anger triggering thoughts. By identifying your triggers, you can easily try to control the responses to those triggers. It will surely improve your mood and manage your anger.
Physical activity can help you to reduce your stress and anger. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins which give you a positive feeling in the body. You can go for a walk or do yoga or go to the gym or some breathing exercises. It will improve your mood and decrease the feeling of anger, anxiety and stress.
There is one saying,” Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes”. It means we need to understand his/her experiences, challenges, thought process etc. It is very critical to empathizes with them who are angry on you. No one is born with empathy, but we should try to practice it to reduce anger feeling. It is so easy to dislike someone and being judgmental about them. Instead of this, we can all judge each other with kindness and empathy. By showing empathy to others, you are also being kind to yourself and feeling happy. It can help you to slow down your aggressive behavior.
The last thing you can do is laugh. It is the best medicine to get over from negativity. It can help you to release the frustration. By doing smile, you can stimulate positive vibration for yourself and you will get to know that whatever had happened had a reason behind it.
